James attended State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY and earned two degrees in Financial Analysis and Management Information Systems. After Graduation he started and managed Icon Custom Masonry for the past twenty one years. James developed the North Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia Markets with a focus on Management intense projects and skilled technicians installing masonry systems in a safe working environment. He grew the company from a small family owned business to an organization which can support any size project, large or small; drove the operational planning and successful execution of systems that increase production, achieved turnaround within two years, cutting costs, while maintaining and improving permanent priorities of safety, quality, service, appearance and personnel. James maintains a consistent personal approach with Employees developing individual growth and performance through knowledge and experience.

James is an innovative and results driven leader focused on achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvement. Experienced in Masonry Construction and building long term relationships with building partners.
